At Aceites de Especialidad Jaleo S.L, we want you to enjoy our oils as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why we’ve outlined everything you need to know about how and where we ship!

1. Where We Ship

  • Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands)
  • Andorra

Currently, we do not ship to destinations outside of these territories.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

    • Orders under €30: €3.90
    • Orders of €30 or more: Free Shipping

  • Canary Islands

    • Orders under €50: €4.90
    • Orders of €50 or more: Free Shipping

  • Andorra

    • Orders under €50: €4.90
    • Orders of €50 or more: Free Shipping

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Correos, the official postal service of Spain, to ensure a reliable and secure delivery.

4. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: Under normal conditions, your order will arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Canary Islands and Andorra: Due to customs or island logistics, delivery may take a bit longer, but we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

We’ll send you a tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.

5. Customs Duties

  • If your order is going to the Canary Islands or Andorra, please note that additional customs charges or import taxes may apply.
  • These costs, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you're unsure about what duties may apply, we recommend contacting your local authorities.
