Returns Policy
At Aceites de Especialidad Jaleo S.L, we want you to enjoy our products and have the best possible experience. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- You have 14 calendar days to inform us of your intention to return the products, starting from the date you receive them at your home.
- To exercise this right, email us at devoluciones@benditojaleo.com with the subject line: “Return #[order number]”. Please use the order number provided in your purchase confirmation email.
- Returns will not be accepted without a prior return request.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.
- You have 48 hours from receipt of the order to write to us at info@benditojaleo.com. Please describe the issue in detail and attach photos that show the problem clearly.
- We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to respond and assist you.
3. Products in Sealed Containers
- Our olive oil is packaged in sealed tins to preserve its properties and ensure food safety.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
4. Return Procedure
- Once you notify us of your intention to return a product and we confirm the request, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.
- You will have 14 calendar days to send the product back to us once we’ve provided the return instructions.
5. Return Conditions
- Please return the products in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging, without signs of opening or tampering.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the return packaging protects the product adequately to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs and arrangements are your responsibility.
- Items that do not retain their original packaging or arrive in poor condition due to improper handling or packaging will not be refunded.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
6. Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
