The relationship between the user and JALEO shall be governed by the laws in force in Spain. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit the conflict to arbitration or the ordinary jurisdiction in accordance with applicable rules on jurisdiction.
For electronic contracts involving consumers, it is presumed they are concluded at the consumer's habitual residence. For electronic contracts between professionals or businesses, unless otherwise agreed, it is presumed they are concluded at the service provider's permanent establishment.
