Jaleo™ is an extra virgin olive oil from Jaén that's unapologetically Spanish: our people, our customs, the everyday rituals around a table. We carry tradition with pride, a rebel streak, and a refusal to take ourselves too seriously. In a category where everything looks and sounds the same, that's what makes us hard to ignore.
Jaleo™ comes from Martos, in Jaén, the heart of the world's olive oil country. Behind it, a family of third-generation olive growers done watching their oil go unnamed, and out to fix it, loudly. Grown by local farmers, milled by regional cooperatives, selected lot by lot: quality starts in the field and ends in the tin.
